Drive from Haridwar to Joshimath (10 hours). En route visit Devprayag, Rudraprayag. Overnight in hotel.
Drive to Govindghat, then trek 14 km to Ghangaria village. The trail follows Lakshman Ganga river.
Early morning trek to Valley of Flowers (5 km). Spend the day exploring the valley filled with alpine flowers. Return to Ghangaria.
Trek to Hemkund Sahib (6 km), a revered Sikh pilgrimage site at 14,400 ft. Take a holy dip in the glacial lake. Return to Ghangaria.
Descend back to Govindghat and drive to Joshimath. Overnight in hotel.
Drive back to Haridwar. Trek ends.
